PA Inc. Executive Committee
- An Executive Committee shall be the highest decision-making body of PAI.
- An Executive Committee shall be elected through a process of direct election by the members, with a conscious inclusion for diversity.
- The Executive Committee shall consist of no more than six members.
- At least two members of the Executive Committee shall be people from ethnic minorities.
- At least three of the members of the Executive Committee shall be women.
- At least one member on the Executive Committee shall be of gay or lesbian orientation.
- All decisions at any Executive Committee meeting shall be by consensus; or if there is a substantial disagreement (two or more members in disagreement), by majority vote, after full discussion seeking to resolve key concerns of those apposing.
Rights of Members
- All members have equal rights, including the right to be informed about, discuss and participate in deciding important questions before the Executive Committee,
- To attend all regular and special meetings,
- To vote and stand for office,
- To offer proposals,
- To receive membership publications and materials.
- Members are entitled to regular membership and financial reports.

- Membership in PAInc is open to any individual who is an Atheist (does not believe in any supernatural force or being)
- Supports PAInc's commitment to Social justice for all and
- Paid the following membership dues to PAInc
- New Members Fee: $10.00
